Real Estate Title Searcher

Description:
Attorney's Title Group is currently in search of a Title Searcher in our downtown Little Rock office
A Title Searcher is primarily responsible for searching public and private records to ensure that accurate information is gathered and reported on specific pieces of property. Responsibilities include searching and evaluating records relating to title of homes and other related duties may be assigned.
Qualified candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally, electronically and in written format. Candidate must be deadline driven, work independently and maintain a clean driving record.

Full time position. Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background, driving record and drug screening.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
A company car will be available for use.

General Ledger Staff Accountant

Department: Finance

The Firm is currently in search of a GL Staff Accountant in our Finance Department
Are you:

The GL Staff Accountant is primarily responsible for GL Account Reconciliations and Financial Statement prep and analysis. The GL Staff Accountant position requires adaptability and self-direction which involves the ability to multi-task in an environment where priorities and tasks can change daily. General duties include performing basic accounting transactions, handling general ledger accounts, journal entries, account reconciliations and special projects, as assigned. The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience desired is 2-5 years in an accounting environment.

Bankruptcy Claims Analyst

The Firm is currently in search of a full time Bankruptcy Claims Analyst.

The Bankruptcy Claims Analyst provides legal support at the direction of the supervisor and staff attorney to facilitate the needs of the Firm’s mortgage banking clients. Also, analyzes loan-level documentation and data to construct creditor bankruptcy filings, including proofs of claim and other claim-related bankruptcy pleadings with a high degree of accuracy within expected time frames. Evaluates the applicability of bankruptcy laws, jurisdictional rules, and other regulations governing the filing of creditor pleadings to determine whether pleadings are warranted and appropriate and to ensure that all documents are prepared in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and deadline driven. Bilingual applicants a plus. A degree required but will consider applicable experience in lieu of degree.
